I tap the Save button on the top right and Adobe PS saves a new image in my album with the edit changes, leaving the original unchanged.

If editing a real photo, I could also then opt to email or upload the image to Facebook using the Upload button at top left.

Photo now in landscape view, tap OK to accept.
